10 Reasons to Adopt Data Visualization

Eits tunggu dulu....meski gembira dapat pekerjaan baru, tapi, siapkah anda untuk bersaing dan bertahan di lingkungan kantor baru?

Meskipun jajaran pimpinan alias Boss baru akan memberikan toleransi pada karyawan baru untuk adaptasi, banyak hal yang perlu kamu pelajari di tempat baru, agar tidak tersandung masalah.

Yaa.. namanya juga kantor baru, semuanya juga serba baru. Seperti mengingat nama rekan-rekan kerja baru, atasan baru, hingga peraturan perusahaan. Dari sejumlah survei yang pernah dilakukan oleh para manajer perekrutan pada Robert Half International, ada dua kesalahan utama yang kerap dilakukan karyawan baru.

Pertama, kegagalan untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan budaya perusahaan dan kedua, malu bertanya.

Nah, agar mampu beradaptasi di tempat kerja baru, cermati lima langkah berikut ini:

* Menghargai budaya perusahaan.

Ikuti budaya dan aturan yang diterapkan tempat kerja yang baru. Misalnya, jangan melanggar jika ada kewajiban mengenakan seragam kantor.

* Jangan Malu Bertanya.

Jika Anda menemui masalah, jangan pernah malu bertanya. Bisa tanya kepada atasan langsung atau rekan kerja yang lebih senior.

* Jangan Segan Minta penilaian.

Memang Evaluasi resmi baru akan dilakukan beberapa bulan kemudian, tapi tak ada salahnya kamu meminta atasan untuk memberikan penilaian pada bulan pertama, secara informal.

Diskusikan apa yang kurang dari kinerja kamu dan apa solusinya.

Susah nyari Kacung seperti Saya, biar pun diluaran "Buanyak Sekali"

Saya bangga dengan diri saya ketika saya hanya sebagai "kacung" biasa. Paling tidak gw merasa di perlukan dalam sebuah rencana besar si bos. Tanpa si "kacung" si bos 'agak sedikit repot' dengan planning planning yang dia punya, si "kacung" punya andil dalam exist-nya si bos.

Berawal dari gw mo resign dari tempat kerjaan saya, menuju tempat baru yang notaben nya di tempat baru adalah tempat bekas anak buahnya si bos, yang level nya jauh dengan saya(dia Manager, gw staf biasa), sedikit hambatan dalam mengajukan form resign. Gw pengen langsung ngadap atasan gw langsung( bawahannya si bos (sudah level manager)), gw di cut ma si bos, gw langsung d panggil ma si bos, ditanya "kenapa kamu mo resign? ". Dengan berbagai alasan, keluarlah kata kata sakti gw, alasan A, alasan B, hingga alasan ZZZ (bukan tidur neh..). Si bos pun mematahkan alasan saya itu. apa boleh baut, saya tak punya alasan lain lagi untuk beradu argumen sama si bos.

Tapi, keputusan kan ada d tangan gw, dan itu adalah hak gw. biar pun itu, gw tau maksudnya si bos baek ma gw. Beberapa Point yang gw kalah argumen ma si BOS,
  1. Gw masih setengah mateng( kata si BOS & itu bener). Tapi bukan berarti gw gak bisa mateng tanpa si BOS :D, tentunya dengan doa si BOS
  2. Gw lagi On the middle something. ini masalahnya di tanggung jawab. gw kalah telak kalo d point ini. jadi gw gak bisa kasih argumen banyak.... gw lagi d tengah project & kabur begitu saja :(, hati kecilku berkata itu tak bagus...
  3. Gw pengen nyari pengalaman (suasana) baru. nah.. di point ini gw menang.. si BOS kalah.. waakakkak (akhirnya si bos kalah). score 2:1 (gw masih kalah),
  4. xxx....
setelah gw timang timang, telepon sana telepon sini, akhirnya gw putusin tetap ngambil d tempat yang baru dengan segala kekurangan yang gw miliki.

Gw dah SIGN

hm... akhirnya gw agreement kontrak dengan tempat pekerjaan yang baru, dimana? tar jaga lu tau.
Hampir setengah tahun gw hunting, masuk gedung, keluar gedung, masuk ruko, keluar ruko, alhasil gw dapat yang d gedung (anak gedongan gitu loch....). kalo gw mo masuk-keluar gedung/ ruko. biasanya gw libur kerja dengan alasan sakit, ke bank lah dsb.. Teman2 gw pasti ngomong, u interview dimana bukan "sakit apa"? ha.. ha.. ha....

sekarang tinggal ngajuin cuti, & setelah lebaran (nudah2 han, kalo cuti d approved) gw gak masuk lagi d kantor lama karena d kantor baru per tanggal 1 oktober gw harus join....

selamat menikmati suasana baru, tantangan baru.... yang pasti pertama- gw jadi anak yang penurut, pendiam, dan beberapa saat kemudian, gw jadi anak yang...... BANCRIT... ha.. ha.. ha...

mungkin yang lain bisa nambahan, or ngurangin dari yang ada d atas.. :D
jangan kira saya sudah jago, saya masih 'oon' :P
